Why isn't there a keyboard shortcut to Edit composition midi map?

CTRL - SHIFT - M is edit application midi map, but there's none for composition midi map (CRTL - M anyone?)

anyway to change this?

And wouldn't it be cool to have shortcuts for "everything".
for example one for showing/hiding the file browser.
it's really annoying having to do this by clicking on the menu item.
maybe some editable inf-file to apply personal shortcuts.
