Photo Slideshow Question

Hi,
I am trying to create a video based on many photos and one audio file where the video transitions the images based on the beat of the music. Something similar to what animoto.com is doing. Is this possible to do with Resolume 3?
If you cannot do this directly, and I take the route of using software like virtualdub to convert jpeg sequences into video then can Resolume create an animoto.com like music video?
