Pinnacle Hybrid Stick for Mac not shown in Capture Device

Hi All,
Why my Video Capture device : Pinnacle hybrid stick for mac (usb) is not detected/shown in Capture Device list?
i'm using new macbook and it is working properly with other application.
Please.. help me..
