SSD - OP SYS or LIBRARY

Hello,
A quick question. Regarding Solid State Drives. Would it be more beneficial to have:
a) the Operating System running from Solid State and clips on 7200 RPM SATA II
b) Operating system on Inside tracks of 7200 RPM SATA II
c) Operating and Clips on 250 Gig SSD Drive (but will be expensive when clips reach over 200+ gigs)
