what sort of pc have you got? as that may be why your clips are stuttering?

hi,
i always use premiere also...
never had any trouble.
but maybe u export the sound aswell?
sound is a lot of Mb% of a movie.
so always UNcheck the radiobutton with export sound next to it in the export settings dialog box.
good luck...
