the ati 9000 offers both, but didnt tried yet cause if your usig two beamers you can use the monitor out at the beamer to connect the next beamer this way you can connect as many beamers as you want.

which cpu is installed to the dell l 840??

i had a p4 2,4 with 512 MB and Geforce 4 MX 460

and had to resolutions about 400x300 cause bigger ones had bad fps

try to use lower resolution or use another codec just like indeo 5.11 with 15 fps and keyframe every 1 picture

i checked around and it's quite easy to find a laptop with a videocard good enough. i saw fujitsu for ex that has a ati 9000. terrorbit says it's enough. i'll check if with the same price i can buy a laptop with a even more powerful videocard. otherwise i'm going to take ati 9000.
