Empty Audio Track / Codec Display Issue

Hello - I have identified an issue I mentioned before and did not understand... codecs can sometimes display incorrectly when exported using premiere pro 2.0 - please see the attached screen shots.
The footage is definitely PicVideo ...
There is definitely no audio with the file - gonna investigate how to disable audio output when rendering files from premiere beacuse it is not obvious... This really confused me in the past - and could even lead to some instability issues I experienced because of a conflict with the empty PCM Audio track.
