Cheap Laptop

An Acer Aspire 4520 was given to me and I wanted to know if it could support Resolume3 or 2.
AMD Turion 64 x2(TL-58) 1.9 GHz
2g ram
NVIDIA GeForce 7000M Graphics card
im thinking the graphics controller might be crappy, I keep hearing people complain about frame rate issues in games.
I thought I would ask the experts before attempting to install
