3.0.0-3.1.1 Crashes on launch on a macbook pro leopard snow

Hi, I'm runnign a macbook pro 2.14 ghz 3 gigs of ram currently Leopard Snow but also tried it in Leopard
Earlier this week i tried running 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 and it wont open. Then this weekend i upgraded to leopard snow and it still doesn't work. I get the same thing happening to me,the app splash screen shows up then the resolume window stays black for 2-3 seconds then closes. Is this a know error ? maybe its something with my computer...
