Limitations of the unregistered software

Hi,
i am interested in setting up some academic performance and i am testing some R3.1.1 capabilities.
I was interested in knowing the legitimal limitations of the free watermarked version we can download from your site.
I am not the one who decides about the money spent in this project, so i want to know if i can present him the option of using the watermarked version.
The watermark is irrelevant in this case for the presentation itself, as it is not a comercial performance, and other things are to be proben with it. On our side, we don´t care having it superimposed on the performance.
Just wanted to respectfully know if this kind of use is permited by the agreement when downloading the demo version.
