when ever i try to output to one of my screens the image comes out distorted.
can u help

This is usually fixed by installing the latest drivers of your videocard.

If you have an nvidia card you can download and update your drivers here:
http://www.nvidia.com/page/drivers.html

If yo have an ATI card we recommend the Omega Drivers:
http://www.omegadrivers.net
