hello everyone!
i hope you can help me out, but why is my resolume output always looking that pixy and low-res?!?
i am using DV footage mostly and outputing it either on a second monitor or to a MX1 video mixer!

how do i have to configure resolume for a better looking output?
is it important, that resolume's output resolution is the same like the footage's res ?
how is your footage looking?

hope there's someone who can help!

peace,

The default resolution in resolume is 320x240

Many people find that res to be fine for them but others (ourselves included) prefer to use a higher resolution.

We use 640x480 as it gets us close to DV res but still allows multiple layers and effects (on our machines)

thx for your reply, dan!
i have some further questions:

is your footage also 640x480?
or are u using 720x576 or 768x576 footage?
how do you output resolume's video?
(e.g. 640x480x32 -> scale to... ? or what else?)

thanks in advance,
masterchief.
