If i have 3 layers running, and only layers 2 and 3 is needed to be switched. How can i set up this?

If I understand you correctly, you could move layer one to be on top, and then set layer 3 to timeswitch.

Not exactly what i need, because i want the 1st layer in a background, but its working. Thanks, Joris.
