There are one thing getting om my nerves, as I involve resolume into largre projects.

Its the kind of feature so basic, that you start wonder if you excluded it on purpose. Maybe I could get an explaination?

Why is there no path-dialog when you want to save/"save as" your project file?

In order to save a project-file another place than default, you have to manually copy it, and then manually fix broken links within the file. Not exacly the software standard of 2010?

All compositions are saved in a specific directory so they always shows up in the 'compositions' list.
This is indeed not so 2010 but it always seemed like a good idea because you never have to think about where to save your compositions or forget where you left them. They will always show up in the 'compositions' list and that's where you want them.

But you are right that some people need that flexibility, what paths did you have to change by the way?

+1 for this. I only keep software on my C drive, so if I forget it's there on a format, that's all my comps gone!

Perhaps a save preference setting to change the default location would be a good solution . No need for a save as function.

I had to changed/update the source-path of the video-files.

I think a regular path dialog would work, such as one find in everything from TextEditor to Maya... can't you compile Avenue with a OS standard path-dailouge?

And to really make my day, could you get a little star (*) or symbol next to the comp name, to tell you if you have saved recent changes... check out photoshop to see what i mean... its really an effectiv, but simple workflow tool....
