Hi all, i was request to buid a setup with 4 or 5 screens... i know that resolume3 can handle all the videocards on windows/max,,, but the question its,,, how many graphics card can windwos handle ?

i know i can use 2 cards to have 3 outputs,,, but on a motheboard like

here we have 3 pci 3,,, can i use this motheboard with 3 nvidia cards, and have 6 outputs ( 1 monitor and 5 beamers ) ? can resolume3 handle all this ?

i have to confirm if this can be done before the club buy all the hardware + resolume licencie.

( and i dont want to use a Matrox card )

i'm using 2 cards (my mainboard only has 2 pci-e) and it works perfect!
i think 3 cards or more shoult not be the problem, all shoult be ati or nvidia to get no driver problems (on xp a "combo" should work with the right drivers, on win7 it's not sure if it works as far as i know!)
there are also boards up to 6 pci-e slots

if windows seven + this videocard can handle 6 outputs, can resolume 3 handle the same ?

You can use a Matrox Triple Head2go or ATI FireMV 2400:

two Tripplehead2go's works on win XP

the idea here its not to use triple head 2 go o maxtor cards because are hard to get here in arg and too expensive. for the same price i can get 3 geforce 9800, i know that seven can handle the 3 cards because you can do triple SLI, what i need to know if resolume can handle it,,,
