Hi Resolume,

Is there a chance that midi out will be implemented in one of the following updates? I'm using an Akai APC40 and would love to use with all it's functionalities and lights

Any other Akai APC40 users that somehow managed to make this work?

The demand for Midi out for the APC40 and various other controllers is definitely on our radar. It's not going to be part of the coming update though. So in the meanwhile workarounds will still be needed.

That feature would be simply awesome.
Workarounds are ok once you get an idea of how to do it, but without MIDI-Out there's very little chance to get a useful indication of the playing clips (if you're not triggering to the own layer at least).

I managed to get all other lights and LED-rings on my APC to work as expected, but it's still just a workaround.
