I'm looking to run two feeds into a PC, have Resolume display those two feeds simultaneously within a 1280x720 window, then also run Windows Media Encoder to capture that window, at 1280x720, 700kbps, and 30fps.

How powerful of a system do I need? Quad core? 8GB RAM? Top-o-the-line videocard?

I have a dual-feed capture card that works well with Resolume, but things get choppy once I start to encode via WME.
