Hi all,

can someone Please tell me why isn't my composition detecting anything from the audio fft. What do i have to do in order to get resolume to detect a live input from external device?

Will forever be indebted to someone who can help me out here!

I tried that, are you using resolume 3 and on mac os x ?

Did you have to configure anything on your mac? I tried that but it isn't working for me

don´t no if you have the same issue, go to the audio preferences choose your input then choose no input then choose your type of audio input again, after that for me the audio input works, i test it on xp, macos and win7 in win7 i only have to pop up the preferences panel and then i got external audio in working... kind a strange but it works for me...

@ thearies , when you say audio preference, you mean system preference? How can you turn that off on a windows xp?

external audio fft there you change between no input an the kind of input you got... like on the screen cap

so i start resolume 3.2, go to external audio fft, i choose no input, then i choose that kind input i got, and then my external audio works... kind a strange like initialisation problem...

Thanks Sonny D, I tried that too but it isn't working. where did you get your version of resolume from? I got my from here http://www.resolume.com/download/

is it a case when my resolume has limitations although it shouldn't be the case? Forums have mentioned about using Wormhole plugin to make audio input for resolume work but I hope I wouldn't have to go there.

Please use the Send feedback option in the 3.2 version of Avenue to send us your logfile, so we can have a look at it. Also be sure to include the steps you're taking, what you think should happen, and what is actually happening. Also any information you think would be important will be helpful.
