Hi, just stumbled on this and it looks cool. I have a question: I'm a musician and was wondering if when I have my music midi software running as well as Resolume in unison could one still be able to trigger clips when triggering sound via midi keyboard?
I saw this done at a DJ Shadow concert once.
Thanks

Yes you can. If you use your midi keyboard to trigger audio loops with a sampler or synth patches/whatever you can use those midi signals to also trigger loops in resolume as long as you have your midi routed correctly. I suppose you could use it for software sequencing/sampling programs as well but that would be a bit difficult to control at the same time as resolume.
I think shadow used the sequencing on his MPC(s) to output midi data to do those video effects. I didn't get to see it live but I heard that the effect was amazing. I've got a friend with an MPC so am going to give it a try sometime soon.
