Can't stress my GPU up to 100%

Hey,
I lately looked at the GPU load while I ran a pretty hefty composition. I couldn't get it to exceed 70% while the CPU–load was at 65%. Is there a limit to how much of the GPU's features Resolume uses? I'm thinking of the leftover kickback being some gaming–relevant power that Resolume doesn't address.
I have a Radeon 5770 by the way.
