output screen 1/2

hi flks,

ich have a lappy with a 'nvidia 8400m g'-graphics card, very glad to still have an analog output.

not very annoying but quite strange is my little problem. i will try to describe it:

if i dont have any external screen connected, resolume only gives me the option to go fullscreen on screen1. okay!

when i connect a screen via vga/dvi two possible output screen appear: outout1 (laptop) and output2 (external). imagine, this is my home setup without analog tech.

so far so good.

now i want to connect my analog output, i reboot my computer, connect the analog screen via composite/fbas and start resolume. from last time, resolume saved my output monitor as output2 and starts with this setup. but now my laptop-screen goes black, because there ist no vga/dvi-out. instead, i have to tell resolume to output fullscreen on screen1 instead.
because i cant see anything on my "real screen1" (laptop), i have to start task manager just to let me see the taskbar, open up the reso-workbench-window and switch my output monitor to screen1 in the output menu.. then everything is fine again

very strange -> if analog out connected, screen1 is external.

is this a known bug?

Hey Yochee

I'm afraid I'm not quite following the steps you're taking, and what is occurring. Could you try to explain the part where you connect the analog output again?

Its think its a problem with your display settings, not with Resolume. You probably have to switch the displays in your windows settings - make the analogue out Display2 and your notebook display to Display1.
In case your black screen happens again - you could use ALT+Tab to switch to the Resolume Interface (but Avenue has to load its decks at first).

i guess you are right goto10, but instead of using the taskmanager i will try the shortcut, thx mfo :)
