Runtime Error

I'm having a runtime error, and consequent crash, at startup. The splash-screen appears, and when the window is about to load the error comes up.
I used to work with 2, but every version from 3 on gives me the runtime finger.
I'm using a PC, Win7, runtime libraries updated to 2010.

seems your graphic card is out of specification.
intel integrated graphics in laptops for example won't works with resolume3

Well, that's it then...
Any chance it gets patched or something?
Seems a bit nonsense that laptops have a problem with VJing software by default... I mean... either a mac or take your tower to the stage?

an Netbook for example always has intel integrated graphics, also the first macbook intel models....
for office this is enough....
a laptop isn't just a laptop

there are many different types of users, best would be a "gamer notebook"
you need an ati/nvidia graphic card in your pc anyways...
maybe the newest intel generation also starts resolume3.

As HerrNieda mentions, there are many different kinds of laptops, so a remark along the lines of yours isn't really valid. We can't 'patch' anything if you have a graphics card that doesn't pack sufficient punch to run Resolume, be it Mac, PC, tower or laptop.
That said, it could be something totally unrelated. As mentioned in the 'Read before posting', you can send us your logfile if you have problems with Resolume, so we don't have to guess your configuration.
