Is there an easy way to go MacBook pro to MacBook pro? Pref thru a VGA cable or sum kind of digital cable avoiding a composite cable? I wanna keep the best quality if possible!

Is it that you just want to control a video clip via turntables (scratch the clip)? because we just did that via Ms Pinky and a little MAX coding. Though I guess Serato is not that customizable as Ms Pinky is. Can it output any values of the control vinyls? Like pitch, velocity, position, direction…

Just need the video feed to go into the MacBook pro with avenue on it.. I don't need to control serato just want the video feed to go into avenue in high quality... Pref with very little to no latency

no latency is impossible. computers need time to process information.

what I meant is that it's easier to just route the midi/osc signals from serato into avenue than dealing with the video data. Then map those to the desired layer or what not and you are good to go. You even get the advantage of applying different Avenue effects onto the different clips, instead of just working on one input.

Sounds interesting but I'm not understand what you mean by osc files.. But what u r saying is exactly what I'm trying to do.. Have the output of serato video go into avenue BUT both programs are on two different computers

OSC (Open Sound Control) is the unofficial successor of MIDI. WIKI

Bad news_I just had a quick look on the serato specs and it seems there is no midi/osc out. so you won't be able to get any controlling signals out of serato into Avenue. So your only chance would be either a video mixer or a "Matrox mxo2 mini" and a Syphon implementation for Video–SL (I wouldn't wait for this to happen soon).
My final advice: get a decent video mixer.
