hi mates!

when i am triggering my clips in resolume, i never get constant playbackspeeds!
this means, that the first time the loop plays much slower and speeds up afterwards, which makes it extremly difficult to sync the clips to the music!
this also means, that the speed varies during playback. at some parts of the clip, the video speeds up, at some it slows down.

constant playback speed would be essential for my work, so i need to get this fixed before buying the prog...

are others experiencing similar problems?
how is this issue solved?
how can i achieve a constant playback speed?

btw: i am encoding my clips in discreet cleaner with following settings:
Ligos Indeo XP 5.2
400x300 @ Quality: 100
Keyframe Intervall: 1
Bit Rate: 256kbps
Frame Format: progressive

i really hope you can help me with that. thanks in advance!

cheers,
mista beam

yes we are looking into fixing this ... but it seems some people experience it more then others ...

please note that defragmenting your hardrive helps and running a fatser harddrive also helps ...

great to hear that this issue is more or less common and that you are working on it. it would be a really drawback to experience these speed fluctuations in resolume 2.0!

i defrag my hds regularly, their specs aren' that bad either i guess. so that should not be te prob...

anyway, thx a lot for your answers!!!

regards,
mb
