Record Lockup

This ones new. I try to record and anything after about 5 seconds, Resolume shuts down completely and gives me a "avenue.exe has stopped working" error box.
any ideas? Even locks up when recording with no video playing.
running a quad core Asus G51vx
nvidia GTX 260m
Windows 7 64 bit
4 gigs of ram.

Sorry to hear that you get crashes even with black clips. Can you use the Performance tab of Activity Monitor to check what the memory usage is like when the crash happens?

The memory usage is only at 1.70Gb out of 4 GB total and the processor/ cpu usage is less than 25%

Hmmm. Looks like it has enough head room to work. If you have the latest drivers installed and it still does not work for you then please send us a report from the OpenGL Extensions Viewer:
http://www.realtech-vr.com/glview/, and send us the Avenue logfile that is created on your computer: PC: C:/Documents and Settings/[username]/Application Data/Resolume/Resolume Avenue 3 log.txt

Sorry it's taken me awhile to respond. Record problem solved... now a similar problem with resolume locking up and im not sure why. Seems like same sort of problem. I'll send error logs and such.

Hey Vjcheshire,
It's possible to send the logfile out of resolume directly!
Open Avenue - click- [AVENUE] >> [SETTINGS] >> [FEEDBACK] ....write your matters and mark the field [include log-file]..>>..[SEND]
