Please send us your logfile. Hopefully that will show us what is going wrong. PC: C:/Documents and Settings/[username]/Application Data/Resolume/Resolume Avenue 3 log.txt, you can send it to support[at]resolume[dot]com

Hi,
I've the same problem
and i don't find the logfile after the crash.
Perhaps it is due to the driver of my graphic card (GeForce 8600GT) which is too old or due to a lack of memory ( 4Go RAM)
It's really urgent because i've a performance at the 1st April and i'm afraid that happens during the event and it's hard to prepare my sets.
Thanks to your response

I've the same problem and i don't find the logfile after the crash.
On some systems, the files can be hidden, and you need to specifically tell explorer to show hidden files. If you're able to launch Resolume, you can also just use the feedback option found in the preferences. Make sure you check the include logfile box.
In general, in the case of consistent crashes, it's best to contact the support email address directly. The forum is overall *not* the place to report these type of problems. Your post contains far too little info to say anything meaningful about your situation, and a lengthy back and forth about your system setup is not of public use to anyone.
We're really sorry Resolume is crashing, but *please* contact the support mail address.

I work with a dell precision M6300 Quadro fx1600 & a 7200rpm 500Gb Hard Drive, 4gb XP Sp3 & Midi Card UM 1G, with many interfaces ( i usually change) from 2 years ago all the weekends, and i don't have no problem with this computer.
I also use in my visual performance, more software like ableton to rec & Sync and sometimes with more Vj software like AvDrums & Onyx VJ.
How many space of your harddrive is free?
Have you Partitioned it? I have 3 partitions, one partition personal, the other for Vj Show, and the lastone for Documents.
Check your video codecs, many codecs installed could make problems
If you want to contact with me by email, to solve your broken Dell Precision, i don-t have no problem.
