turning videos into partiles

Hello, a feature I would really like to see in version 4 would be to have the ability to have a video as a particle rather than just the white particles that at available at the moment.
With the use of masking and alpha channels making irregular shaped videos that can then become particles is really cool and would be great if it were available to resolume.
