Avenue and lighting control software on same PC?

I was wondering if anyone has used Resolume and
Chamsys Magicq PC(or similar software on the same computer, controlling via Artnet?

I used to do this all the time with Arkaos VJDMX.... is it possible here?

Might be possible, if u set your ArtNet Node to Localhost (127.0.0.1)

yeah, i was thinking the same... also the way i did it with Arkaos, and apparently this can be done with Wholehog pc software, is to install the Microsoft Loopback Adapter. Originally a troubleshooting software tool, it provides for local feedback of network signal...

Anyone out there try this with resolume??

doing a trial setup, i'll postback for anyone else interested in results...

I wouldn't recommend to them on one system, as for performance issues.
