Can't load any videos into the 3.3.2 demo???

Hi, I've tried installing codecs but can't get AVI's to load at all. MOV files load but play badly (stuttering etc).
I tried Arkaos Grand VJ and all my AVI files load fine into that although I prefer the look and layout of Resolume. The problem is becoming pretty frustating now, one user even recommended re-installing Windows 7 which I stupidly did but nothing has changed :(

Could someone please point me in the right direction so I can evaluate the program before the 50% sale runs out.

When does it run out by the way?

Thanks!!!

Hi Vincent,
It's odd that your Avi's don't seem to load and that your Quicktime files blad badly. What kind of codecs are you using for your video files?
Resolume is more strict in it's support for different video formats than Arkaos, we suggest you use Indeo or Mjpeg encoded video files and DXV (our own hardware accelerated codec) or Photo Jpeg encoded Quicktime files.

Hi, so I should re-encode the avi's in the suggested formats before trying again?

Does anyone know any good programs to do this? (preferably free!)

Thanks
