Midi Problems and performance drop

On Friday we had a performance with my funk band, which used a projection of audiovisual material and eight live cameras. The whole show was pre-programmed song-by-song into a MIDI sequencer, and launched through an internal midi port (LoopBe1) to Resolume.
For this, I had previously used Arkaos GrandVJ without problems, but I wanted to migrate to Resolume, becouse it gives me more features for what I need. The problem is that even Resolume works perfectly with a midi controller (Behringer BCR2000), it ignores randomly some of the commands midi CC # that I send in the sequence through the internal midi port (LoopBE1). It's really strange: on a fresh start of Resolume, it works perfectly, but when you take two or three sequences, it starts to ignore midi commands and not working properly.
The result is that I had to quickly re-program the entire show for my Friday gig on Arkaos again :(
Well, I WANT to use Resolume for my show, I get much better and professional results becouse I can use custom masks for the live cameras, and I can stack some effects togheter (features absent on Arkaos). Only this two things gives to my visuals more professional look that Arkaos, but I NEED that Relolume can work smoothly with CC# midi commands that come through a internal midi port (some internal midi port, I do not care which one -until now I was using LoopBE1, but I would can use some other-)
Any suggestions?
Thank you

Last week I upgrade to the 4.01 version. Still same problem.
Added to the midi "madness" (resolume ignores ramdomly midi events), I have see that the performance (fps) drops after -+10 min. of use.
I have a notebook HP Pavillion DV72015ES with windows 7 32 bit (4 GB ram), upgraded with a Intel SSD disk, not the fastest machine, but a decent one i guess. Connected to it, I have two USB video capture devices (easycap and Sveon), both work perfect, and one roland USB midi interface. All work pertectly together.
The midi interface is for manage two midi video switcher of 4 input every one, so I can manage 8 live cameras and display two togheter in resolume.
I have programmed some midi scores with two tracks: one contains cc# midi commands to manage resolume and the another one contains CC# midi commands to manage both midi video switchers. I address the "internal" midi commands with LoopBE1 virtual midi port, and the external midi commands go to roland interface.
At the beginning all works OK. I start fresh Resolume 4.01, open composition, and play the midi score with Sweet midi player, it sends commands to the switcher, connect the correct camera, sends commands to resolume and it displays the correct events and I have 65-70 FPS when have only 1 video layer, and 55-60 when have 1 video layer and 1 camera (50% CPU usage), it drops when have transitions (logically) but ALWAYS displays more than 25 FPS. When I play 2-3 scores, it resolume beggins to ramdomly ignore some events, but if I restart resolume, play the same score, and it works pertectly. Additionally to this problem, I have see that performance drops after 2-4 scores to +- 40 fps with only one video layer, and drops to 15 or less when have transitions (the CPU usage ups to 90-100%).
This problem almost make me crazy. I have tried ALL, and finally have to go for second time with Arkaos GrandVJ for my band gig this saturday.
Some idea? I want to use Resolume for my gigs! :)

Thank you!

Sorry to hear that this still isn't working correctly. Can you send us the midi tracks and midi maps used for Resolume? That way we can try to recreate this on our end.
