DXV is implemented as a QuickTime codec. Any video converter that can call Quicktime can handle conversion into DXV.

For example, the Batch Export Utility here: http://lividinstruments.com/support_downloads.php

Are you saying it doesn't show in the list of available compressors?

that's right, is in the folder on program files but when im trying to use it doesn't show on the list, weird isn't?
it was on program files 64x and i change it all to program files on c// of course, by default is on the quicktime files, what codec is better after DXV? should i have my videos on AVI or MOV? i use both and a lot with indeo codec and h264...works really good but im curious about the dxv.

It shouldn't be necessary to change install locations manually. Does it work with a default install?

If anyone has adobe CS5, there's program called Adobe Media Encoder. If you click the dropdown called preset on your file, choose Edit export settings and choose quicktime as format, then you should be able to find dxv under video codecs. I just tried it and it works like a charm!
