Video cropping

Hi

I am new to resolume arena and am doing a school production where I am using some simple projection mapping. I have edited all my footage in adobe premier pro. I have just put all the movie files into the software and found it is cropping the right hand side of all my video. I have been playing around with all the transform controls and settings and cannot get it to the correct size. I really need this solved ASAP for my AS drama production next week. Thanks in advanced for your help.

Joe

hey jlott,

you could post a screenshot showing your problem, this would help to solve it. ;)

In the meanwhile you could try to click the resize-button twice or three times (see here) this might help if your clips and composition have different resolution (i think this is an undocumented feature of Resolume, isn't it Joris?)

Hi

there isn't much really to see. Just what ever video I put in its cutting off the very right hand size of the image. Those numbers in the image carry on further. It keeping the video at the same resolution but its stretching it off the right hand side. I am going to try it on my mac to see if I can just use that. Currently using it on a windows 7 machine.

Just to be on the safe side: Same problem when you play the clip in QuickTime or VLC?

Its only in arena where it crops the video. Fine in quick time or VLC. I have sorted the problem now with different export settings. Now exporting in full HD with my custom resolution central and then I just scale it in the software.

Thanks for you help
