a lot of crashing

I recently purchased resolume after being a modul8 user for a long time.
I'm finding resolume very unstable which is not reassuring at all. At first I though that the crashes might have been caused by using a mix of codecs as I hadn't converted all the clips to DXV but now that is not the case and it keeps crashing. My project has a mix of video clips with audio, audio clips, and silent video clips (all DXV) and some timeline based swfs.
Is there somewhere where I can send my crash report(s) so that I can be enlightened as to what's going on and hopefully fix the issue?

I was planning to use resolume as my tool for an av performance but as things stand I can't afford to risk it!

Thanks for any help!

After a lot of testing it seems to happen when triggering some of the video clips that have their own audio embeded. It is random though, it doesn't always happen. Will there be a reason for this? They have all been encoded with DXV.

getting closer to the issue.
It's definitely caused by audio. I've read elsewhere about the audio preferences so I'll try adjusting them and report back.

I've now increased the buffer size to 1024 to no avail...

Hey Mowgli,

Sorry to hear of your problems but sounds like you are getting closer.

In the preferences pane there is a feedback tab which you can send feedback too and it will include the log file.

Hope you get to the bottom of it.

Basic.

I've sent a couple log files but I'm still trying to get to the bottom of this.

Did you get this figured out?

Basically it's down to a bug, it happens when audio from a deck is playing and you try to trigger audio from a different deck
