For the Intensity Pro, are the outputs loop thru? And can you use component and HDMI inputs simultaneously?

I have Intensity Pro PCI under Win7, you can only use one input at time, in HDMI input u can have poor image or no image if the signal was not perfect (frequency problem) i already have problem with HDMI output of HP Pavillon DV7 and all HDMI output of multi-media HDD and old DVD player i've tried, no problem with professional device.
