Autopilot Problem with 4.1.0?

Hello (again),
I've been successfully running compositions on Resolume 4.0.1 with 8 layers, each running the same sequence of 10-30 second duration source clips, driven by the default forward-stepping Autopilot on each layer. The composition beat snap is set to off, every single clip is beat snap set to off and running in BPM mode. Clip transition times are set to 0.
Using 4.0.1, all clips stayed perfectly in sync, often for over 7 hours of running the sequence. Upon updating to 4.1.0, the same composition does not sync. When the sequence is started, all clips start in sync but then one or more layers will fall behind, repeating the current clip for an extra time whilst the correctly behaving layers step on to the next in the sequence. This behaviour does not seem to be tied to particular clips or layers, nor is it repeatable. Different clips will fall out of sync each time after the sequence is re-triggered. Please note, all clips are running at exactly the same speed, the problem is that sometimes a clip will loop around again instead of moving on to the next in the sequence.
I have seen this topic:

but have checked and all instances of beat snap (composition and all clips) are set to off. Also, the same composition still performs perfectly when run in 4.0.1. I tried making a basic "fresh" composition in 4.1.0, copying clips for the sequence, then duplicating layers to make sure all parameters were the same... but had exactly the same problem.
Resolume version: 4.1.0 (problem does not occur in 4.0.1 for me)
Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate
Processor: Intel Core i7 - 3820 (3.6 GHz, 8 core)
MainBoard: Gigabyte X79-UD3
Ram: 16GB DDR3 @ 1600Mhz
128GB SSD (holding operating system, software and content)
Graphics: 2 x Asus Radeon EAH6950 DCII/2DI4S/1GD5 (running separately, NOT Crossfire)
All clips 1280x720 MOV files, encoded in DVX
As a new user, I'm really appreciating the helpfulness of the forum users, so thanks again!
