Well.. i really need help with this.

Is there anyway to record the advanced output of resolume? I mean not the settings, but the video instead.
My plan is to Map a very simple estructure , record the mapping, and then save it in a DVD and play it on a DVD player at full screen, so the video is automatically mapped.

I've done this before with IR mapio and the recording was all Ok because it worked like an effect, but advanced output of arena is diferent, if you press "record" it only saves the video but not the maped output.

i've tryed to record with a software for screen recording but the quality is very bad (like my english) and many of them does not allowed to record only the second screen (projector).

Anybody knows some kind of solution with software? i dont have money to purchase hardware based solution at the time.

Did this and used syphon recorder (http://syphon.v002.info/recorder/) and worked great. Just had to shift a little bit on the projector but was okay

thank you, but I forgot to mention that i'm running resolume in a windows 7 laptop, any syphon equivalent for windows users?

maybe DXtory ? http://dxtory.com/v2-home-en.html ? I don't know for this specific use, but it works great with resolume avenue

Syphon Recorder is useless, because is the same output that Resolume can record it self, without Advanced Output mapped settings...

maybe it works with fraps?

just used it once for sceenshots with advanced output and it captured the mapped output!

Syphon recorder works perfectly. You must configure the Advanced output to output to Syphon

3 - Open Syphon recorder
4- Check Resolume screen 1(instead of Composition)

Could someone tell me couple of simple things.

Im mixin videos with resolume3.
Can I record the output using syphon recorder with resolume3?

I saw that its simple with resolume4 but how can I do it with resolume3?
(Ive already downloaded syphon, but I dont know how to put output from resolume to syphon)
