Creating one image output out of two split layers

Hello Resolume users,

as I am new to this, please excuse if this question may seem awkward or really ease to solve.

I want to create a single output, consisting of two images split in half. The sources are two virtual webcams, that I created with CamTwist and ManyCam. I am on a Mac.

On this image, I achieved what I want using the CamCamX software - you may see it at the bottom of the picture, underneath the lock symbol (I am using a test version of CamCamX):

Would it be possible to do that in Resolume Avenue? I just cant find the right parameters.

Thanks in advance and best regards,

Jo

Hi Jo,

welcome in the Resolume forum. And yes, you can achieve this easily.

I set up 2 layers playing the same clip. At one layer I applied the 'LoRez' video effect, at the other the 'Crop' video effect. That's how the result looks like.

Thank you so much. I somehow didn't find a solution. Made my day!
