Hello ;-)

For better understanding please look at this screenshot! =>

I tried recording with "Syphon Recorder".
Video recorded perfect, but without "the audio in sound" = no audio recorded.
In the audio section my soundcard is chosen, I can hear the sound, too.

What is the problem? What I have to do? Please help ;-) Thankfull, Markus.

Edit: Recording video & "sound" with another software worked great! (ScreenFlow)

Hey Markus,

where does the sound come from? External, Resolume or some audio player?
I am pretty sure ScreenFlow uses some sort of AudioRouting. I remember it being able to record conversations via Skype which was not possible by e.g. Audacity without routing through Soundflower.

Thanks a lot for this info! Now trying routing my "external line in" sound (coming from NI Traktor through audio interface) with Soundflower. Recording with Screenflow is fine and works well, but because activating the 2nd screen for capturing I lose about 8-10 frames ... I hope I can fix the sound problem in my recording case ... hmmm, always these technique problems :?

Hmmm, no success. Routed with Soundflower in the Audio Interface, Resolume and for sure the Syphon Recorder App. A train of thought: Why Syphon allows to choose all audio possibilities in preferences and only record video without audio? There is no sense for me?

Maybe it's better to ask these questions on the Syphon forum?
