i have the opposite problem.
my built-in mic doesn't work.
(i mean the one which is hidden somewhere in a laptop keyboard, not the 3.5 input)
it works perfectly in skype.
i have reinstalled my audio drivers and resolume arena as well,
and i definitely remember it worked on my previous laptop with ...
