Does anyone have suggestions of the best software to capture flash off the web. I have Flash 8 complete with all the programs... and I have downloaded sothink, flash capture and bytescout from some freeware sites but I am curious what some experts prefer.

I have been using resolume for about a month now and I just purchased a dvj 1000. It works seamless when I use Pinnacle Studio 10 movie box as my capture card. The clips I record through resolume via the dvj1000 work way faster, better and brighter.
