Can anyone help with guides etc for connecting a Kinect to OSC so that I can use it to trigger clips / actions in Reso?

Hi Guys, I have a big gig tomorrow, and I'm looking for some help with effects mapping.

Bascially I dont use an awful lot of effects at present. Mostly I just drag and drop the occasional effect and use the mouse to alter parameters.

anyone got any ideas why I can only play 3 layers at 640 x 480 @ 60fps?

My laptop is a mid 2009 MBP (2.6ghz c2d with 4gb ram and 256mb 9600m geforce gt)
I've just upgraded to the Vertex 2E 60gb SSD (285mb / 275mb)

Most of my clips are all DXV

any more than 3 layers and it starts dropping frames ...

do you need to install any additional software or does resolume allow mapping straight away the same as any midi device?

any other custom layouts for resolume out there (without ableton integration?)

hey all, just wondering what comp size most people use and what fps they get with their setups?

I've been using 800 x 600 for now, and getting 35-60fps which has been fine. But I want to get a matrox th2go and run a comp size that's 2 or 3 times the width, and putting that in resolume has killed my ...

hey, am looking to do a 2/3 projector setup using flat shape surfaces and employing projection mapping using layer masks ....

my question is - can someone who does this, or uses th2go please post a screenshot of how their advanced settings looks when the th2go is plugged in and working?

Hey, I've just got a dual gpu MBP too.

I'm not 100% sure, but i think that the dedicated gfx card becomes your primary card when you have the AC power plugged in ... at least thats what the apple store sales guy said!
