I had a go on my friends toshiba laptop. (can't remember the model, but it's a laptop that you can twist and fold the screen down to make it a tablet pc)

Has anyone actually used a macbook non-pro with resolume.
Is it true that you can vga out but not svideo (just like the pro)?
Does the fact that it has an integrated graphics chip really matter (for resoulme?)

I'm just super curious as I'm thinking about buying a macbook non-pro

Yeah I was wondering about this also

I was also looking into somehow mapping the keyboard stroke generated by the Griffin PowerMate into a midi signal of somesort. But I've never used a midi device before, so I'm lost in that field. Some initial googling suggested that this was possible, but I'm not sure how.

Basically you need to be in DualView mode.

I'm wary of the decks folder too. for some reason (I thought it was because of a resolume crash) the deck files get corrupted. Any attempt to browse in resolume to a location of a corrupted deck results in strange things. So if you save them in the decks ...
