Actually to make it even easier - is there an ID for Layer X, Column X? Basically trying to get a thumbnail layout for Companion - and it seems that is there was such an address it would make a realtime layout of the current deck on the hardware.

I haven't tested but if you have the fX4 with Displayport you should be able to use a little device like the ZOTAC ZT-DP2HD Displayport to Dual HDMI Adapter to split one of your outputs into two 1280x720

Be weary that you'll be stressing the GPU a lot running so much. The 750M only has 2GB of ram and if you run all outputs at 1080 I doubt you'll get a stable frame rate. Don't be afraid to output at 720P and it might be ok.

So good news - the newest public beta of 10.11.2 seems to have fixed my playback pause issues.

Just a note that when I run just the demo content, even in a single layer after about 20 sec the clip pauses and the FPS drops to 1-3fps, I get a beach ball and then it picks back up to 60fps.

I've just come across an issue - When I select Clip / Target and choose active layer - it stays on the default of 'Composition determined' no matter how many times I choose another option.

Ultra short throw projectors are a bag of hurt. They seem like a great idea but offer little to no options on placement.

Agreed! +1 for layers that can be collapsed to just the file name - and possibly colourised.
