Re: Multichannel Audio Output planned?
+100 (a boy can dream) Have a show in early December that needs 3 to 5 channel audio playback. Doesn't even need 5.1 decoding, I will have the 5 separate audio files (Just needs to be able to play and route the multiple audio files to a multichannel sound card just like we can play and route ...

Re: Capture Card Support for newest AJA and Blackmagic Interfaces
Any updates on this since August? This would be a killer combo for laptop setups.
Thanks!

Re: Optimus / Nvidia GTX / vsync / 60 fps
Not all gaming laptops have Optimus. The Acer Triton 700 is such a unicorn:

I love how reviews suggest that it's a negative thing: "The only serious drawback which may be a deal-breaker for some of you is the poor battery life ...

Re: Are the issues with Optimus in any better state
Acer Triton 700 does not have Optimus as there is no onboard Intel CPU. GTX 1080 and nuttin' else as it should be. I never understood why "gaming" laptops would risk compromising performance in any context just to do a little battery saving.

I bet the FPS issue is another example of the Optimus gremlin:

Re: 2018 Razer Blade Performance Review
Definitely curious about the horrible performance when connected to 2 monitors. That is pretty bad and suggests that the 2nd output is some kind of hacky implementation and probably not really connected to the GPU, but spun off the TB3 or something like that ...especially if the Intel onboard seems ...

midi preferences, "camera on", Resolume freeze, Palette midi controller
Got a weird bug... when I go to midi preferences and try turn midi input on for a connected and recognized Palette midi controller, Resolume seems to turn on the built-in web camera then freezes. A windows dialog box appears saying "camera on" then Resolume goes white. Has anyone else seen something ...

Re: R6 performance...
Looks like the only solution is sticking with DXV-normal when working in very high resolutions. I get back up to 60FPS on R6 with 11520x1080 using DVX Normal.
Sucks because DXV normal is very susceptible to compression artifacts and banding in gradients.

If you mean the "record" function in Arena, it is not activated.
