Re: Resolution output issues M4 Pro Mac
Have you tried setting the processor to a more common resolution, like 4k?

Re: Clip freezes and continues after 20 seconds with new MacBook M4 Pro
Timemachine restore can mess up permissions, which then can lead to lot of error logging.
Try re-installing Resolume with a fresh installer from our download page for your version.
Also make sure to use DXV format on the new macs, there is trouble with mp4.

Try installing the codec with the 7.22.0 Alley release from the bottom of the download page. Make sure Adobe apps are closed.

Re: Gui GPU and output GPU nvidia setting
Use your more powerful card as renderer, windows tends to use the primary display's GPU as renderer, so this might need some driver specific setup.
The Nvidia driver has a setting which card to use for rendering with apps. But windows might override that too, so also check the windows display ...

Re: R-Shift on Clip Causes Problem
Can you make a screenrecording of this, with the pointer and clicks visible?
I get the clip menu on right clicking on the clip name handle.

Re: Weird Bug with "To Texture" Node
Wire patch might have something inside about scaling and fitting too.
With direct clip playback it's easy for Resolume to fit/fill, but if a patch is loading the video, it will have to take care of that.
Resolume can only tell it what output texture size it needs to produce.

Re: Resolume Tutorial - Texture Sharing
I'd recommend a capture card then, that's the least load on the system, if you can't get spuout working.
