this just plain doesn't work. i've tried a ton of things and the latest one was to put the crossfader about 1/4 way to center, hit "send osc" and have max record EXACTLY what avenue gave it. when i turn ...

i've been hunting around and maybe i'm just searching for the wrong things, but more or less what i'd like to do is have a layer that can mask all other layers with BMP/PNG etc. eg: be able to have content running, but with a png mask overtop so that it only plays underneath the mask.
