a port is defined between 1 and 65535 .
and the port between 1 and 1024 are private. SO you can theatrically define you listen port between 1025 and 65535.

You can develop a litle program with processing but is pretty long...

What I'm not clear on after watching the video & reading the manual is your mapping concept...
1) Does one have to *stay* in the Advance menu for mapping to occur and thus one can not return to the control of Resolume in order to play clips as a VJ app?
2) Slice only works on the total ...

Just a question about the reduc by 50%.
you wrote " even educational licenses" , it's mean that's the price is reducing by 50% on sur educ price ? Thus 160€ * 0.5 = 80€/educ. licence
