Hi -
I have a Startech USB3 capture device.
It shows up in the sources but when I drag source into res 6 there is nothing.
It shows up in its own device software...just not in resolume anymore
It worked in res 4.

I am on res 6 win10 system
i7 6700HQ 2.6ghz / 16gb RAM

this is the capture device ...

will it ever be possible to have some fave fx saved so they will appear at top of FX section so I can have my most used available without scrolling and searching?

and/or I would like to be able to rename FX so that they will appear at top of FX section - for example A1/A2/etc...
this would be great ...

Is it possible to say exclude a layer from composition effects?

Sure, I can use an Effect Layer and control whatever is beneath that layer, but in my view I think it is best to have composition effects where they belong.

In my view it would make sense to have a mappable button on a layer so I can ...

I used to have to toggle between the "trilinear" and "nearest neighbor" box in video preferences once resolume was open to get the full screen capture instead of 1/4 of screen.

just tick the "nearest neighbor" box and then "trilinear" box again and should work.

Seems like decent specs. I am setting up and testing this model right now...and will report back after a couple shows.

pretty sure I have to drag transition onto each clip(so each transition could be different)
but cant remember where I dragged the transition effect from!

I have a template for videoflyers I make and have a transition effect on the text layer...but for the life of me I cant remember how i added it ...
