Re: Clips won't play in BPM Sync mode

Ahh, ok, so beat snap was set to "1 bar" and the clip was pausing but never firing. If I turn Beat Snap to "none" it works fine.

Clips won't play in BPM Sync mode

Hi, when I switch the transport mode from timeline to BPMsync the clip no longer plays and I get a green bar through the thumbnail. However, the clip will playback in the preview monitor if I preview it.
I'm using Arena 4.1.6.
Thanks!

So yes, muting the top layer would cut between A and B layers nicely ...

Re: Auto crossfade duration

Hmm, you mean using the Layer Bypass or Solo buttons? This will turn the individual layers on or off, but I can't see how it can be used to cut between A and B, which is what I want to do.

Auto crossfade duration

Hi, I would really like to cut instantly between A and B with the crossfader, but the only option seems to be a 2sec fade. Am I missing something?
Thanks!

Alpha not preserved on DXV clips in Advanced output?

Hi,
I'm mapping onto a set with foreground and background shapes. So I'm splitting the input clip to the foreground [at top of frame], and background [at bottom]. In order for them to sit over each other nicely I need to use an alpha channel in the clip, with DXV. Now.. in the Output Transformation ...
