Is it possible to make two layers work in chaos mode and let the third one repeat a clip on top every five minutes? I need that to show my sponsors. Are there other ways to do this?

Is it possible to make two layers work in chaos mode and let the third one repeat a clip on top every five minutes? I need that to show my sponsors. Are there other ways to do this?
